WE'RE ON VACATION!

FAQ

How long has zeitgeistic been around?

Our launch date was April 15, 2019.

How large is your company?

Not large at all! We have three employees performing the work of 20. No exaggeration. (One, in particular, should really take to bed for a week.)

What are your hours of operation?

The store's open 24/7; however, our official customer service hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (PT). If you attempt to reach us outside of those days and times—or if we're tied up on another line when you call—you're always free to leave a detailed message, and one of us (most likely, Alicia) will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where can I find your contact information?

In the footer of this very site. Gettah scrollin'!

Do you have a brick and mortar location I can visit?

We don't. The online store's our only store. Think of all the gas you're saving!

How often do you add new items to your store?

All the time! It's a good idea to check in often. You might also want to sign up for our newsletter to learn about our latest products and site features, as well as specials. You see that blue SIGN UP tab peeking out on your right (if you're on a computer) or from the bottom of your mobile screen? Yup. Click that.

What makes you different from the other guys?

Other than the fact that no "guys" work at zeitgeistic? A few things.

From the moment of inspiration—“Hey! Let’s make T-shirts!—we knew we wanted to shake up the model.

❀ High quality textiles were a must. Nothing that wouldn’t survive more than a few washes. (Don’t you hate that?)

❀ We wanted almost all—if not all—of our manufacturing to happen in the U.S.. We've managed to stick to that goal, with very few of our lines being printed abroad—in Europe, the U.K. and Asia, respectively. The intention remains to meet our original goal 💯, though. Keep hope alive!

❀ We wanted sales tax included in product prices. (No surprises at checkout!)

❀ Even though it would mean a cut into profits, we wanted flat prices for all product variants. In other words, if a customer wears a size 2XL, that customer pays no more for a clothing item than one who wears, say, a size XS.

❀ We wanted this to be #morethanastore. You’ll soon learn why we use that hashtag so often: as we partner with other businesses doing good in the world, to make even more good happen; and when we unveil our blog, featuring guest commentators—all of whom are thought and movement leaders. In conjunction with sections of our store (like SOCIAL JUSTICE and IT’S A SPIRIT THING), our bloggers will take on issues such as the prison industrial complex, reparations, border policy, water crises, life in war zones, LGBTQ members within faith communities, and lots more.
